Pleasant idyllic stay for three couples who had not seen each other for 10 years. Ample space to gather to dine, convers Positive: Beautifully kept property for group gathering. Unfortunately, two of the porch rockers were broken and unusable. All else in good condition and in pristine condition. Information from the property management group was timely, useful, and easily followed. Negative: Broken rockers (2). Would have liked the have one room without bunk beds- doesn’t serve well a group of three adult couples >60 years old.

Wonderful get away, Berkeley is a wonderful little town and this home is beautiful. Positive: This home is beautiful. Location is great, far enough away from the town to seem like you are the only home out there but close enough to go into town for activities. This home has everything. We enjoyed the hot tub, and games including a video game and pool table in the lower level. The house was clean and well stocked. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Berkeley and can't wait to return.

Positive: This place was absolutely amazing! Very clean, had everything that we needed. We will definitely be back again!
